Winter Wonderland Part II

Here are the promised pictures of our Winter Wonderland! It might not be so thrilling for you Albertans but for us this is unusual and spectacular - I love it!

Wow! Those are gorgeous! All we heard on the radio yesterday was how Vancouver was at a standstill because of the weather!

Those pictures are so nice. I love frosted trees! By the way, are you boiling your water?

Beautiful! You guys have sure been hit with strange weather lately. Here today in Alberta it is -40 degrees with the windchill.

We were supposed to boil our water for a day or so but the warning was lifted in our area. That would be such a pain - I was very thankful we were on the less problematic reservoir.

-40 degrees! Wow, that's cold. It's definately colder here than I'm used to and with the windchill it was close to -20 for a brief time but now it' just close to -1 or so. I guess it's hard to breathe in -40! I hope it warms up a bit before I arrive in January!

At least in Vancouver (and usually Kamloops) it's warm enough to actually enjoy the snow. Today is not like that, though. It's -23, and -35 with the windchill factor!!! And it's supposed to snow again!!
